How It Works | As a Customer
1. Download the Dhoby app on your mobile from Apple Store or Google Play
2. Click Register to create an account
3. Fill out your account details to Sign Up
4. Add your delivery address under ‘Manage Addresses’
Once you’ve chosen your preferred dry cleaning business, you can proceed to add your items to cart and place your order. You will be notified when our delivery partner is on the way for pick up.
Once the job is completed by the dry cleaner, you will receive another notification advising that your order is ready for delivery.
To ensure that we get all your items back to you, our drivers are required to verify and confirm the number of items they are picking up before they leave with your order.
If you will not be home when your serviced items are returned, you can leave a note for us when placing your order confirming that you’d like your order stored in a discreet drop-off point. Otherwise, they will be placed at your doorstep as hidden from plain view as possible, as is done with parcel deliveries.
